Hi my name is Ciara! I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of clinical experience. I've worked in community mental health, behavioral health, non-profit and private practice. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, divorce, trauma, interpersonal relationships and stress management. Life it too short to surrender to feelings of hopelessness, sadness and unhealthy relationships. I help clients realize and reclaim their strength, to reshape their future.
